Ocean Horizon Properties is a locally owned company based in Virginia Beach, VA specializing in the acquisition and management of commercial and residential properties. As a major stakeholder in the resort area, our intent is to expand with and contribute to the strategic development of Hampton Roads.

Established in 1995, Ocean Horizon Properties’ assets now include shopping centers, restaurants, free-standing buildings, residential rentals, commercial parking lots, ATM machines, and land parcels in Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida.

With seasoned entrepreneurs, Nabil and Deborah Kassir at its helm, Ocean Horizon Properties is focused on nurturing enduring relationships with its tenants and contractors while keeping in sync with the ever-changing real estate industry.
